Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your Renee Effect Cosmetics purchase.
We accept items for exchange if item(s) received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item within 48 hours take a picture along with the original packing slip and email to reneeeffect@gmail.com explaining the issue with the item. Once we have reviewed the situation we will contact you with detailed information on how to return the item and the processes so it can replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Any refund approved for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT.
